Make the skin of your whole body is soft. Use scrubs for the body that takes the dirt and impurities.
Also, the salt can do wonders to clean and restore the body’s circulation.
- Fill a cup with salt and moisten with water to form a sticky paste.
- Take a handful of this mixture in each hand and pass it across the skin, starting with the feet (avoiding areas of the breast and neck as they are extremely sensitive).
- Trace elongated or circular movements rub as much as possible without hurting yourself.
- After 10 minutes, remove the salt with warm water, dry thoroughly with a towel and retire.
- Do not be surprised if you sweat a lot: your body is eliminating undesirable toxins.
Note: Do not perform this treatment if you suffer from diabetes or cardiovascular problems.
Finally, use a moisturizing cream all over your body. Use it liberally throughout the body, especially the points of tension: lye shoulders, neck, chest and back. Helps reduce fatigue, provides a sense of lightness and well-being.
