Clean your skin in 5 steps
Do not forget that good hygiene maintains the health of your skin.
The skin is a real barrier and supports the organs, for which is elastic, firm and fine. These characteristics make it possible to carry out these and other features properly. Take note of these five steps for a thorough cleaning.
Step 1: Wash with mild soap or pH neutral glycerin, which has no perfume.
Step 2: Apply a cleaning product, whether in gel, emulsion or milk, depending on your skin type, with a gentle circular massage on the face. Remove the product with cotton or sponges, from the center outward.
Step 3: You must restore the skin on hydro lipid acting as a protective barrier, and has been removed with the cleaning. To do this you should use a lotion that can be refreshing, tonic or astringent, depending on the skin.
Step 4: Moisturizing, nourishing and moisturizing with a product suited to your skin biotype.
Step 5: If you are going out, apply a sunscreen suitable for your skin type.
It is important to note that each person is different, their skin is different. It is therefore not always the product using a friend, colleague or family member is right for you.
