Apple sauce mask:

Compresses of chamomile tea:

Apply it over your eyes for about 20 minutes. Chamomile helps eliminate dark circles, and also clears the eyelids. Other very effective tea can do with the black tea and marigold plant. It is very easy to find in health food stores or drugstores.

Food: 

This is a fundamental factor for beautifully radiant look. To help combat dark circles should follow a balanced diet, which can not lack the vitamins A, B, C and K. Vitamin K has a great influence on blood coagulation.

Hydration and sleep:

The organism must be continuously hydrated and it is essential that you drink two liters of water daily. Another major factor to prevent dark circles is rest; you should sleep at least eight hours.
