Fruit that hydrate your skin
The facial skin is required to be more careful, it is the most exposed and weak throughout the body. The natural recipes are a great ally when it comes to care, and here is a list of some fruits that moisturize your skin.
The fresh fruits contain plenty of nutrients that provide your skin soft and moisturized intense. Use one of the following masks that we present below and enjoy a healthy-looking face.
Fruit that hydrate your skin:
Mango: Mix two tablespoons of mango pulp, a teaspoon of honey and a ricotta, apply it in the face with a gentle massage and leave on for 10 minutes. It is ideal for all skin types.
Bananas: Take a piece and sink them in honey, get a massage for 5 minutes and then take it out with warm water. You can use it all the types of skin, but functions better in dry skins.
Strawberries: Mix a tablespoon of strawberry juice, one tablespoon of fuller’s earth, a tablespoon of Aloe Vera and half a teaspoon of honey apply it as a mask and then take it out with cold water. They can use all types of skin less dry (can dry out more).
Grapes: Crush some grapes and put them on the face for 10 minutes, wash your face with cold water. If your skin is dry you can combine it with fuller’s earth.
Melon: Blend 2 tablespoons of melon flesh, half a teaspoon of honey and 1 ½ tablespoon of fuller’s earth, apply this mask for 10 minutes and then remove it with cold water.
Using these fruit masks you will save money on products and light up a well hydrated skin.
