Homemade masks to maintain a better hydration
If the creams are not effective to obtain a proper wetting explains some homemade masks that can be of great help to combat dry skin.
Mask of peanuts: For the preparation of this mask will need the following two tablespoons of peanut ingredients crushed, a tablespoon of honey and finally a spoonful of olive oil. In a bowl mix the ingredients and then apply this mask on the face and hands to get a good hydration. How long to leave on time is 15 minutes and then remove with cool water.
Mask of coffee and cocoa: To prepare the following ingredients need 4 tablespoons of ground coffee, 4 tablespoons cocoa 8 tablespoons whole milk, to mix all ingredients in a well and then apply the mask on the face and neck, leave on for 15 minutes then remove with water for excellent moisturizing.
Banana mask: In its preparation we need half banana, 2 tablespoons of honey, 4 tablespoons of rose water and 2 capsules of vitamin E. Mix ingredients in a well and then apply the mask on the face and neck, leave for 5 minutes to act, upon completion of the water while removing the mask.
Use these masks at least once a week, if you want better complement the use of mask to complete the process of masks by the end use some moisturizer on the skin. Finally do not forget to eat at least two liters of water a day.
