There are several factors to consider learning how to avoid flaking nails. If you want to look beautiful hands, do not miss the following tips to get them: more than ever to work!


Wear gloves when doing household chores like washing dishes, clothes, cleaning or any activities where your hands are wet for more than 10 minutes.


Wear gloves when you leave the house if the weather is cold and dry. Climate also influences the health of our nails and skin.

Follow a healthy diet. Did you know that the lack of certain nutrients can weaken your nails? Therefore, follow a balanced diet so your hands look beautiful and healthy: eat foods rich in vitamin C, vitamin B, Omega-3, iron and calcium, such as fruits, fish, green vegetables, whole grains and nuts.

Apply nail strengthener. In any pharmacy, buy a product with keratin nail strengthener, vitamin E, copper, magnesium and calcium. Apply directly on your nails or as a topcoat over the enamel.

Apply moisturizer on your hands and nails at least four times a day. Do well at night before bed.
