Lip care in winter

Author: These are some of the problems of beauty that come with the winter. As the skin of the lips is very sensitive, it is inevitable that damage to changes in temperature, humidity and dryness of the environment.
Here are some tricks of lip care in winter. Applying them consistently and often, you’ll have more hydrated lips soft and attractive. Just do not forget to apply them when spring comes and the results last all the year.
Apply olive oil: Olive oil is a familiar ingredient for beauty. Apply a few drops of oil on the lips. Once applied you should not lick your lips! Therefore, we recommend that you apply it at night before going to sleep.
Apply petroleum jelly: Another trick to make our lips look hydrated, soft and beautiful during the winter is to apply a little Vaseline on them. Any pharmacy can get Vaseline as lip gloss.
Exfoliate: There lip exfoliating creams you can buy in drugstores or beauty stores, but you can do it home. A simple trick is to rub gently exfoliate lips with a toothbrush.
Hydrates: Like the rest of the body, the skin of the lips needs proper hydration to stay healthy and attractive. A lot more with the dryness and the cold of the winter, that lean the skin and thus, favors the apparition of cracks in the lips. To hydrate the lips, turns to the lip balms and moisturizers use high quality cosmetic formulas and moisturizing ingredients such as Aloe Vera. You do not forget to hydrate by drinking about two liters of water per day, also the skin of the lips look better if we drink water.
Use sunscreen: As much as you feel in winter and very cold, the sun’s UV rays reach anyway. It is necessary that you apply sunscreen on your lips; they not only protect you from the sun but also free radical air that dry the skin and worsen its appearance.
