Apples help to maintain soft skin and with good tone. Have healing properties for skin and that is why they have been used for centuries as a cosmetic aid. Add a cup of apple juice to your bath to cleanse and soften your skin, or if you’re in the shower, pour some apple juice on your scalp for fight dandruff or prevent its onset, do this once a week after rinsing your shampoo.
